Depending on your specific goals, your custom coaching program might involve just a few hours a week all the way up to a day or two. Every week is different, and the time commitment is totally dependent on YOU and YOUR GOALS. 

No matter what, every week you will receive at least one hour of meeting time one on one with me as well as emails and messages to check in during the week.
